If you have her as your professor... run
→ You never know what she asks in the exams, it's whatever she feels like at the time
→ Responds to emails whenever she feels like it
→ If you are an international student, communication with her is chaos. She switches to Italian when her English isn't sufficient (which happens a lot)
→ Lessons are not structured at all, this definitely is the biggest issue there is
→ Her way of explaining concepts is never clear, if you're new to a topic chances are you will learn better from the internet

The professor during classes is really strict (you can't use nothing but pen and paper, or a tablet with a pen in case you have it), and makes it hard to follow since she interrupts the lessons for banalities each 10 minutes.
Since the course is in english, she is expected to have a good level of it, but it's barely a B2 (multiple errors in both her notes and her lessons, for example she doesn't distinguish when to use the neutral pronouns or the femenine (you may hear her saying stuff like "then she [referring to a function on the blackboard] goes up since he [referring to the x value] is ex
